The Jolly Roger is permitted as an 85 seat restaurant with 55 seats under cover and the remaining on adjoining open air deck.  The restaurant consists of a 7,027 square foot waterfront site improved with a 911 square foot restaurant, 1,125 square feet of open decking  and 459 square feet of covered decking.  The restaurant includes and indoor kitchen, food prep area, walk-in freezer and refrigerator, and service bar area.  The Jolly Roger Pub and Marina is a very valuable waterfront location with unobstructed views of Silver Lake Harbor.  The restaurant produces a large cash flow typically serving between 650 and 950 people daily during the summer season.  The Jolly Roger Pub and Marina has it’s own 93 ft dock that accommodates seven seasonal, monthly and year-round slip rentals for local captains operating out of the marina.
